Professionals????? More like unprofessional. Stayed in a nice apartment that was unfortunately poorly cleaned and for the first 2 nights of our stay we had our little boy up for most of the nights due to asthma caused by dust. On the second morning, 6am, we spent 3+ hours cleaning his room, with a borrowed vacuum due to the 2 in our room not working, and the rest of the apartment due to high levels of dust in his room along with used tissues under the bed and couch plus what looked to be vomit on the wall behind his bed. Thankfully we hadn’t had the need to use the fans as they probably wouldn’t of spun due to the dust build up. On making the Professionals aware of our issue I was told they would get back to me that day re a possible reimbursement and also offered to send a cleaner around, I declined this as we had already cleaned the apartment at a much higher level than their cleaners obviously do, we also had our stuff spread around the apartment so didn’t really want to be packing it up so others could come in to clean. That night we ran out of hot water when running our kids a bath and was informed they couldn’t do anything about it until the morning which I had said is fine. When their maintenance called I explained the situation of the hot water and the horrible discolouration, I was informed that the cylinder may need replacing so they will not be calling in to fix. I received a call confirming this from the Professionals, the first call I had received from them even though they had told me they would call the day before, stating that their service tech would call me later that day to come and replace the cylinder. I specifically asked that they be told NOT to come between 1:30 and 3:30 as our little girl will be asleep during this time. I then received a call from their tech at 215 saying he will be there in 5 minutes and that they had been told they could come anytime after 1:30. After further phone calls from myself I was told their holiday rental lady was on leave and would not be able to deal with our concerns until a week after we had left Tuncurry. Again over a week and a half later I contacted the office and was told they would get back to me that day, again no return call. I then called the following day to be told the Holiday rental lady was in training for the day and couldn’t get back to me until the following day. I have then written her an email explaining my situation and received a reply on Sunday afternoon basically stating bad luck we offered you a cleaner which we declined and we also turned away their hot water technician so no further action/reimbursement will be given. All up bloody terrible customer service and I would NEVER deal with this office again and certainly would not recommend any one else to be dealing with them. The lack of care shown around the health of a 6 year old boy and disruption to our holiday due to dust causing a health issue is staggering. The disgraceful lack of customer service by a company that call them selves the Professionals also staggering.

Outstanding service! Thank you to Matthew and the entire team at the Professionals. Selling our home and buying our new property was such an exciting experience. The girls on the front desk were always so friendly and helpful and Matthew was very professional and knew the market very well.
This was our first buying and selling with professionals but it certainly will not be our last. Thank you, thank you and again – Thank you!
