We booked a powerless camp site. The site we recieved was about 30m from the car park with no car access. We had to lug our camp gear to the camp site which made set up and pack up twice as hard. We were placed in the busiest section on the park between a family using two separate sites. This in itself wasn’t a problem but the other half of the camp ground was almost empty. Those sites were closer to the car park and further from other campers. Not sure why we weren’t spaced out better.
The customer service was mediocre at best. We we told we would have internet access but did not. We tried to use a card to pay at the cafe ($5 for a poorly made regular coffee) but couldn’t.
We tried a private camp ground over a National Park to see the difference (usually National Park campers). Will not make this mistake again.

The lady at the counter is super rude. This park is a nice setting however full of bogans drunk to the nose. The cabins are super expensive 400 a night but full of cockroaches. We open our luggage our second day to find out cockroaches pouring out of it. The water that comes out of the tap is brown. Water needs to be boiled and cooled before drinking. If you are going there take water from a supermarket as a bottle of water is $4.50 at the cafe. If you are Asian I do not recommend going there. It’s full of drunk auzi people sitting around and drinking. Not a good family holiday destination.

Beautiful staff and well maintained facilities. We will definitely be returning as the location is a perfect spot for exploring the surrounding area. This park also has the upside of our beautiful native animals being right at your doorstep.

Was good, but depending on site, a little too far away from amenities for little people 😑
