Spent six hours driving and wasted a day to inspect a property at Bundook. Put in a full price offer to present to the vendor at advertised price only to be informed there would be more people coming Saturday and they would see what people were prepared to offer. I don’t like being used as a Guinea pig to gauge market response and this was the tactic as I was informed two days later they were going to auction. I have being dealing with other local agencies and they don’t like this sort of behavior as it gives them a bad name .
