Bob Cameron of Lauder’s real estate handled a rental property for me for a number of years. The last tenant they provided did not pay rent for the last 4 weeks of tenancy, interior walls were smashed in including the shower recess and an exterior wall was also damaged. On return of the property I was told by an employee at the time, George Wagener, quote “there is no structural damage”. No compensation for my loss was ever mentioned or received. Good luck with this mob, cover your bases, handle it yourself.
