Camping in reopened state forests

Camping in reopened NSW state forests

They’re open from 01 June, they’re still free and you can take your dog.

In the Barrington Coast there are 27 beautiful state forests to enjoy, many of those with well-located camping areas. State forest camping is free of charge plus well-behaved dogs are welcome so you can take you furry best friend with you.

From 01 June 2020 booking is not necessary but following the Covid-19 lockdown, everyone who intends to camp at any NSW State Forest campgrounds must submit an online camping notification form.

This information will be used to help track any Covid-19 cases connected to state forest campgrounds and for no other purpose.

This is NOT a booking form. Camping in NSW State Forests is free and they do not take bookings.
